I was thinking about the new heaven and new earth today, and was considering this:
What is the heaven to the earth? The heaven holds the governing instruments, the heaven is the place of authority.
Thus, when Christ says in Mt 24:29 that the sun, moon, and stars will be affected, and the heavens will be shaken, it seems easy to consider that he is referring to governing bodies being removed, and the places of authority being shaken.
This idea is reinforced by Peter comparing the heavens to the Law (The governing body), and the earth to works (Acts which are governed or directed by the Law).
Therefore, the NHNE brought in a new heaven (New ruling body), and brought in a new earth (New acts directed by the new governing body).
In this way of explaining things, it seems easily clear that one could say there is a NHNE.
It also makes sense when Joseph considers in his dream that he will reign over governing bodies, and even the woman in Revelation is seen clothed in the greatest body of authority, with all other authoritiesunder her feet or on her head as a crown acknowledging her position.

My point of disagreement isn't that the new heavens and earth haven't already been established. It's that some of the details of its description have not yet come to full fruition. I think they continue to come to fruition which will only be complete after the judgment and second resurrection.

And I'm still waiting for you to explain how all the details in Revelation 21 can be said to already be present.

Lol, I'm working on writing that up today, I also have to prep my lesson for tomorrow night on Rev 4-5. Hopefully I'll have my next installment on Rev 21 done this weekend.
