With all the recent turmoil in the world regarding the Muslim reaction to criticism or mockery (I still don't know precisely what the video content actually is) of Muhammad, it has me thinking how different it is for those who follow Christ, whose own attitude was so gracious even to mockery: "Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven" Matthew 12:32 I'm so glad I don't have to feel like I need to kill someone to uphold His honor. I know most Muslims would repudiate the violence, but in the Muslim world there does seem to be a greater degree of sensitivity about these offenses that followers of Christ shouldn't allow to get under their skin. Not that Christians never get needlessly ruffled or anything.....

This is the official story, but in time I think we will find out that this is only a possible reason that Americans will buy. These variouse attacks on US embassies look cordinated, and the film itself is poorly produced and available on YouTube. It may not be available anymore for viewing online.
I sence something else is at play. Let's not forget the the killings in Lybia to place on 9/11. It seems to be a favorite day for killing Americans under false pretense. Mountain meadows massacre happened on 9/11 as well.

Yeah, the more I look into it, the more the video seems a false pretense, for BOTH the radical Islamists and our administration.
On a side note, I found out an interesting fact; during the centuries in which Muslims were in their ascendancy, they did not typically respond in such a way to defamation of the Prophet by outsiders.
This modern trend seems, along with terrorism, to be the desperate actions of some Muslims who can't stand that Islam isn't the dominant force it once was in the world.
Still, that's not that unrealistic of a response for adherents of a religion who really do believe and think that Islam, as a physical and political institution, needs to achieve global dominance.
