This verse stood out to me today:
Psalm 25:14
The LORD confides in those who fear him;
he makes his covenant known to them.
The thought of God confiding in us about anything is staggering. Just another reminder that what God wants is intimate friendship with us.
What higher compliment could we be paid by anyone, including God himself, than to be considered "God's friend" just as Abraham was (James 2:23).
