It's a little difficult to describe. It blends the worlds of fairy tales and our world. Basically the land of fairy tales, where everyone was living happily ever after, was cast into our world by a dark curse. However only a few of the characters from this fairy tale world remember their previous lives (Evil witch, Rumpelstiltskin). As the show is unfolding there are flash backs that tell the story of how this fairy tale kingdom was destroyed. The show seems to be about the redemption of the fairy tale world through the child of Prince Charming and Snow White. Of course she has no idea who she is.
This show is from the same creator as Lost. It's on ABC on Sunday nights.

It sounds a little like the graphic novel series Fables, where fairy tale persona live in a ghetto in New York City.
