Most of the pictures of my neighborhood were taken about a year before I lived there. How did the get a panoramic picture of my cul-de-sac from 1980-81? That's amazing.

Yes. The way I could tell was that my father had a camping trailer that he sold just prior to getting married to my mom, and it was sitting in the driveway. It really did bring back memories.

Strange. I have done it several times with different addresses. My current address and my the address where I grew up are both current (at least in the last couple of years). The house I grew up in is a parking lot now, and that is what swirled around!
