Paper Heart ****
It was so nice to watch a light-hearted, upbeat movie. It is a ficitonal story (in documentary style) about a girl who doesn't beleive in love, but ends up finding it while making a documentary. I am a sucker for anything with Michael Cera in it (with the exception of Superbad, but I still loved him in it), so it was an easy win. I just think he is so adorable.

Rabbit Proof Fence **** love this movie! Blindsight ** interesting documentary Precious ** great acting but overwhelmed by self-importance The Men Who Stare at Goats *** fun movie that no one was taking seriously! 2012 * We really enjoyed watching this, with our own running commentary! Up In the Air ** this movie tried, but couldn't decide what kind of movie it wanted to be Adam *** fairly good independent film, we really liked the ending Paper Heart * did not finish this movie, just didn't grab us Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist **** Very good Adventureland **** ahhh, we can relate.....like watching our teen years,,,, if they had been set in a theme park!

The Proposal * Super lame I couldn't agree more. The only reason it deserves 1 star is because Ryan Reynolds is hilarious and Betty White is adorable. Most memorable line from the movie: Woman: I can't swim. Man: Hence...the boat.

***1/2
I thought it would be a typical action/ romance. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Baz Luhrmann is crazy but cool. I hope you've seen his verion of Romeo and Juliet. I loved A-Team. I was up at my in-laws in rural Eastern Washington, they have satellite with all the movie channels (what else are you to do when the sun goes down?) So I watched the remake of The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3. I was not impressed. John Travolta tried too hard and Denzel Washington not hard enough.

Baz Luhrmann is crazy but cool. I hope you've seen his verion of Romeo and Juliet. That is a cool movie. But none of his movies will ever live up to Moulin Rouge, IMHO. I can't believe I'm about to say this because I always give my friend who was a theater major crap about always saying it, but the cinematography in that movie was incredible.
