For this month, just a slight change-up to the contest rules:
Each reply to a post will count as 1 point toward the drawing for the card (up to 5 maximum)
And because I want to encourage more of you to start new threads, for every new thread you start, add 1 more point beyond the 5 maximum.
ALSO, SINCE STARBUCKS IS RAPIDLY ON ITS WAY TOWARD WORLD DOMINATION AND THE UTTER DESTRUCTION OF ITS COMPETITION, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS FOR THE GIFT CARDS? It should be someone with relatively universal appeal, but fun. I'll consider suggestions.

Well, Peet's Coffee & Tea makes delicious drinks (WAY better than Starbucks) so that could be a possibility. Or maybe Baskin-Robbins or some other ice cream establishment???

How about another establishment that is "RAPIDLY ON ITS WAY TOWARD WORLD DOMINATION AND THE UTTER DESTRUCTION OF ITS COMPETITION" Barnes & Noble? Or perhaps in the spirit of Christianity, Christian supply? Or Amazon.com? I also like the idea of something for an ice cream establishment. Mmmmm!!

Good ideas, folks.
I originally wanted it to be for a bookstore. My only thought was that $5 might not be enough to make that worthwhile. Perhaps it would be, tho? You think?
Maybe we can have a bit of variety...
Anyone else?

And the winner is....
Nathaniel!
Nate-dog: any leanings on the giftcard? Starbucks or Barnes and Nobles?
