2 Timothy 3:16-17
16 "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work"
2 Peter 1:19-21
19And we have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 20Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. 21For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit
2 Peter 3:15-16
15Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. 16He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
Although not an exhaustive list, these three Scriptures form the main lineup for verses in which Scripture speaks about itself. And yet, these passages are really somewhat incidental asides made by the authors who are focused largely on other points. We are told that Scripture is useful and that God has has a clear hand in it. We are not told a whole lot else-- certainly nothing specific about inerrancy. This does not mean that we can't imply principles about Scripture from Scripture, but it does mean that finer points about Inspiration may be hard to pin down.
Much more could be said on this, and perhaps I'll add to it when more time becomes available.
