Do you think Jesus ever got colds or the flu?
Why or why not?

I would guess that anyone who lives for 30 plus years would have at some point been sick. Unless someone could provide some sort of evidence that His body was special in a way that would prevent him from getting sick, I would say that he did indeed experience the same human ailments that that we all experience.

I agree. On the basis of these Scriptures, I think it's a pretty well assured.
Matthew 8: 16-17
When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah:
“He took up our infirmities and bore our diseases.”
Hebrews 2:17
For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.
I often think of that when fighting through a cold or some pesty illness- Jesus went through this with grace, I can too.

I've encountered some who believe that illness is a result of Adam's and Eve's curse. Therefore, if Jesus was sinless, he was sickless. "Physician, heal thyself" if he started feeling a sniffle...poof, and it's gone?
(Can you imagine, being one of the disciples: "Hey, Yesh...i've got a headach...oh never mind, thanks Lord!")

Yeah, but then it wouldn't have worked to try to kill him... would it? I don't know why he would, or wouldn't.... does that help?
