Here are some Christian books I've read in the last year that I'd highly recommend:
The Reason for God by Timothy Keller Letters from a Skeptic by Gregory Boyd God at War by Gregory Boyd unchristian by Gabe Lyons and David Kinnamon Life After Death: the Evidence by Dinesh D'souza The Father Brown Mysteries Vol. 1 by G.K. Chesterton The Great Divorce by C.S. Lewis (my second time through)
Anyone else have any?

That's been on my nightstand for a while. I received it last year while I was in Swaziland. I read/listened to Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell. It's got some interesting concepts. One of those to get you thinking, but also a chew on the meat, spit out the bones kind of book.

I just fininshed "A Million Miles in a Thousand Years" by Donald Miller. Doesn't have a lot of meat, but has some good thoughts for pondering.

Right now reading : Spiritual Rhythm by Mark Buchanan: Being with Jesus Every Season of Your Soul One of the best and most applicable books I've read in a very long time. Rose read it first, recommended by my grandmother. Denice just read it too I got a copy for the church if anyone is interested. Also, I think I might do some teachings on the subject matter.
