"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
-Chinese Proverb
By the way, I changed my oil yesterday. It took 15 Min, and cost about $25.00.

Why $25.00? It's $19.99 at Jiffy Lube.

It depends on the quality of oil that you purchase. I use synthetic oil because its better for engines that put on high miles. I put on between 20-25 thousand / year. You can save money if don't buy synthetic.

Do you think it still matters on an old Honda with over 200,000?

With that many miles I would recommend using a Synthetic blend at least. It probably depends on how long you intend on keeping your car. If you want to drive it until it dies, you probably want to spend a little more for a higher quality oil.
I few moths ago I decided to take the truck into Jiffy lube, and it cost over $50 to change the oil with synthetic oil.

If you still need it done, I can change your oil. It's actually quite fun. I know, I have an odd sense of what fun is.
