When I'm done making the adjustments, staff will have 5 stars, everyone else 4.

The abbreviations designate different groups with differing access on the forums.

Everyone has access to the "Gathering Place".

Then, there are two church groups that have access to their own member forums (ACF and Winding Road)

OM means online member and OC means online community.

OC is available by request and opens up a couple additional forums for prayer requests, discussing church, and christian living.

The abbreviations were made up on the fly. Since the entire forums really have a community feel, it would probably make sense to change the OC to something else. I didn't want to make titles that seemed divisive, it's just that some Christians on the forums wanted a few sub-forums that were less debate oriented and more shared experience, etc..
