You’ve got your methods
I’m done with trying to guess all your moves
I’m going where you want me to go
I’ve got nothing left to lose
Now I don’t wanna suffer
But that’s in fact the nature of the beast
If you want to get to higher ground
You got to get there on your knees

As far as I know, the only other book he's published was one that he wrote when he was very young (like early twenties or something). It had to do with Christian principles of financial stewardship and from what I understand, it was pretty radical (he was living like a hippie at the time, out of his VW bus).
I can't remember the title but it was something like "The joy of giving" or something similar. It's no longer in print so I think they are pretty hard to get.
There's a funny story behind the book that he told us in one of the Camas meetings one time.
Apparently, Paul and Jan Crouch bought a whole bunch of these books to give or sell to their TV audience based solely on the title. It's not likely they actually read the book because I guess it spoke against their type of lavish ministries. They actually invited Steve to be on their show to talk about the book, and to their horror, he showed up in his normal hippie-looking garb with long hair and dirty jeans and the whole works (an obvious contrast to what they wear). If I remember right, I think he said that they stalled his appearance on the show til the very end, after the national broadcast portion was over and it only aired locally. ;D
He's not really into writing books. He's said before that the only reason he wrote Revelation: Four Views is because nothing like it existed at the time (I think a similar book has come out since he wrote his). He's talked about writing some other books, but I think he's very busy so I'm not sure if that will happen anytime soon.
Most of his writing can only be found in his articles and on the forum.
He does have all his teachings from the Great Commission school available for free on his website though. I've listened to a good majority of those.
